Bookings & events

Take bookings on a page that’s yours.

A hosted page where customers pick a service and request a time. No app for them to download, no scheduling tool for you to wire up — just a link that’s ready to share.

Book’d

Always included.

What it does

They pick a time. You confirm.

Your page lists what you offer — each service with its price and how long it takes. A customer taps the one they want and requests a time that works for them. It lands with you to confirm; nothing’s booked until you say so. The moment you do, they can drop it straight onto their calendar.

No account for them. No app for anyone. Just your page, open in a browser.

On your side

You always know where each one stands.

Every request runs through the same simple track — so a booking is never a mystery, and nothing slips.

1
Requested
A customer asks for a time. It shows up waiting for you.
2
Confirmed
You approve it. They get the details and can add it to their calendar.
3
Secured
If you asked for a payment, this is where it’s handled — your way.
4
Completed
Job done. Mark it complete — which can quietly open your feedback and referral steps.

What’s included

Everything the page carries.

Your services, your prices

List what you offer with a price and a length. Add a photo to each, or don’t — it works either way.

They request, you confirm

Requests come to you first. Nothing is booked until you approve it — you’re always in control.

📅
Straight to their calendar

Once you confirm, your customer gets the details and can add the appointment in one tap.

💳
Choose how you get paid

Ask for a payment or don’t. You set the method; nothing runs through us. The money comes to you, your way.

Right on your Hub page

Show a booking button on your Hub, so everything you share sends people to one place.

🔗
One link to share

Your page has its own hosted address. Put it in your bio, your signature, a text — anywhere.

How you use it

Three steps, then it’s live.

i.

List what you offer

Name each service, set a price and how long it takes. Add a photo if you’d like one.

ii.

Share your link

Drop it on your Hub, your bio, your signature — wherever people find you.

iii.

Confirm and go

Requests come to you. Confirm the ones that work, and they’re set.

Or promote what’s next

Not taking bookings? Run it as an events page.

Flip the same page and it becomes a promo page for what’s coming up — a pop-up, a class, a show, a market. Post the flyer, add the when and where, and share the one link you already have.

No services, no bookings required. Just the thing you want people to show up for.

In practice

Three ways it gets used.

Barber

River

River lists a few services with prices and lengths. A regular picks “cut & beard” and requests Thursday evening. River confirms it between clients, and the time lands on both their calendars.

Piano teacher

Ms. Adeyemi

A new parent finds her booking link in her bio and requests a trial lesson, with a note about their child’s level. She reads it, confirms a Saturday, and asks for that first lesson to be paid upfront — through her own method, as always.

Maker

Dee

Dee doesn’t take bookings — she sells at weekend markets. Her page runs in events mode: three upcoming stalls, each with a flyer and a map link. One link in her bio, always current.

Common questions

Things people ask first.

Does my customer need an account?

No. They open your page in a browser, pick a service, and request a time right there. No login, no app, no download.

Do you handle the payment?

No money runs through us. Asking for a payment is optional — you decide whether to, and you set how you get paid. Book’d shows your customer your options once you confirm their time, and they pay you your way.

What happens after someone requests a time?

It comes to you to confirm — nothing is booked until you approve it. When you confirm, your customer gets the details and can add the appointment to their calendar.

Can I use it just for events?

Yes. Flip your page to events mode and it becomes a promo page — post flyers, list what’s coming up, and share one link. No services or bookings required.

Do I need to connect a calendar or scheduling tool?

No. Your services live on the page itself, and customers request the time they want. There’s nothing to wire up, and nothing for them to install.

Where does my booking page live?

At its own hosted link, and it can show right on your Hub page too — so everything you share points people to one place.
