Do I have to design it myself?

No. You pick one of the 10 designs and we build the whole signature from your assets. There’s no canvas, no builder, nothing to lay out.

Can I change designs later?

Yes — anytime, from your portal. Your design is a setting, so switching is quick and doesn’t cost anything extra.

Will it work in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail?

Yes. Sign’d uses table-based HTML so it renders reliably across every major email client — web, desktop, and mobile.

That said, before you sign up, take 5 minutes to confirm your specific setup supports HTML signatures. Some Outlook plans have limits, free Gmail and Workspace handle them slightly differently, and Apple Mail behavior varies by version.

How do I install my signature?

Open the Sign’d panel in your portal and click “Copy signature.” Then paste it into your email client’s signature settings — the same place you’d normally type one. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds.

If I update my profile, does my signature update too?

Your photo or logo updates live — even old sent emails reflect your current image automatically. Other fields like your name, title, or phone number are baked into the signature when you copy it. To update those, grab a fresh copy from your portal and re-paste into your email settings.

Can I use a logo instead of a headshot?

Yes. A logo, a headshot, or both — whichever better represents your business. Several of the designs are built specifically around a logo.

Will my signature look right on mobile?

Yes. The signature is tested against the major mobile email apps and renders cleanly on phone screens.

Do you add any branding or watermark to my emails?

No. Your business correspondence is yours. There’s no “Hosted by You, Host’d” line in your signature or your sent mail. Our value is the work we do behind the scenes — we don’t need to advertise on your outgoing emails.
